What is your Return Policy?
We sell at low discounted prices and to do this, we do not accept returns. All sales are final!
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days and expect 7 to 10 days for delivery. We use UPS Ground and Fedex, once your order has been shipped we will email you with a tracking number.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
All items are professionally hand packed and double boxed for safe shipment and all items are insured. If you received your package damaged contact us within 5 days of receiving damaged merchandise and let us know, so we can send a replacement. All merchandise is free from defect or it will be replaced at no cost to you. Please read our Damaged Items Policy for further instructions on how to file a claim with us.
Do you ship Internationally?
At this time we do not ship Internationally it is something we will be thinking about in the near future. We only ship within the Continental United States. We no longer ship to Canada.
Do you ship to P.O box or APO/FPO Military Addresses?
We will only ship to a physical address if you are using a business name for your order, you must provide us with a contact name.
Do you have rush shipping available?
We no longer offer Rush Shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We except all major credit cards through PayPal.
Will my payment information be safe and secure?
How do I know if my item is in stock?
We have a very large inventory on every item we sell. On a rare occasion an item may go out of stock due to high demand of certain items. We will contact you immediately after you place your order to inform you if the item is out of stock and we will let you know when it will be available.
